Join our Procurement Team Our Procurement Team provides support globally for the Completions and Wellbore Intervention business. We are in contact with internal stakeholders and Suppliers to provide solutions. Our services include collecting and analyzing company spend data and commercial sourcing management to achieve the best contractual conditions and best results for the company. Partner with the best As a Lead Procurement Specialist, you will be demonstrating leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes. You will partner with suppliers and the business to provide Completions and Wellbore Intervention products and services globally. You will establish relationships by building trust with internal & external stakeholders on procurement activities.As a Lead Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for:Place and follow-up on POs. Manage relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage problems and schedule changes. Update ERP.Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects.Supporting multiple stakeholders globally in sourcing goods or services for the Completions and Wellbore Intervention businessPartnering with Commodity Managers to implement the global commodity strategyNegotiating, issuing, and managing purchase orders ensuring the goods or services meet customer requirementsEvaluating requirements, determining potential sources, and obtaining quotes to meet business needsManaging Supplier risks by identifying, developing, and leading mitigation plansPartnering with the business to ensure all requirements capture the desired cost, performance, service, and business outcomes Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sourcing).Minimum of 3 years of experience in Buying-Procurement.Have excellent communication and negotiation skillsDesired CharacteristicsBe able to build good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersBe able to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyHave proven analytical and organizational abilityHave effective identification and solution skillsElectronics buying/procurement experienceAs part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customer, and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
