Overview / Responsibilities Wood is looking for Senior Designer - HVAC to be a part of the Equipment Engineering team based in Chennai. Responsibilities Specialist Designer in Drafting / Detailing of HVAC related works. Must have worked in Microstation & Autocad software. Experience in at least one Oil & Gas project in HVAC Services Must have sound technical knowledge in HVAC detail engineering & drafting using relevant codes & standards. Hands on experience on any design calculations is advantageous HVAC designer -Taking responsibility of engineering of the assigned HVAC drawings / task. Drafting as per inputs & checking of General Arrangement & Detail Drawings . Reporting to Lead HVAC Engineer. Coordination with other disciplines & project team Meeting the project schedules on submissions of HVAC deliverables Ensuring all deliverables comply with quality as per Wood /Client specifications & standards. Interpretation of vendor drawings/other discipline drawings for HVAC deliverables requirements Skills / Qualifications ITI / DME Should have experience between 12 to 25 years Able to communicate in good English with other disciplines in effective manner. Willing to have patience to face work pressure & changes.
