Our Upstream Chemical Team uses technology consisting of chemistry, knowledge expertise, intelligent property. Correct application methods and monitoring to improve the process treatment applications at refinery and industrial plants, providing value to our clients. Our team has an essential role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products to our customer location.
The team is looking for experienced Service Delivery Coordinators to relocate to our new Upstream Chemicals facility in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Relocation will be offered to the successful candidate.

The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue. You will provide profit and cash collection opportunities by ensuring flawless execution, along with ensuring on time delivery & contract adherence for the assigned jobs.
As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring that Baker Hughes maximizes its short and long term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution
Interacting with the customer service managers on issues escalation Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation
Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon
Coordinating and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries
Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements
Ensuring invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a high school diploma/GED with several years experience in a similar position
Demonstrate good experience in Resource Management
Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the Upstream Chemicals industry
Excellent communication skills
Be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
