Purpose:
Oceaneering require an INPECTION PLANNER for a full time position on long term contract position starting asap, leading to a staff position on Seal Sands.The position is to complete Jobcards and populate SAP with job steps for upcoming inspection PM's
Functions:
To ensure that the objectives defined by the client relating to the establishment of job stepped work packs, scheduling and coordination of work related to inspection activities are implemented and met
Essential:

Ensuring that the requirements of inspections specified by the client are clearly defined by creating fully detailed job packs.
Ensuring that inspections are scheduled in accordance with the written scheme and SAP due dates.
Liaising with the Integrated Planning Team in order to ensure additional support.
Working closely with the Integrated Planning Team showing collaboration and commitment to delivery.
Ensure that all relevant safety, technical and other information requirements are included in the task specific work packs prior to releasing draft schedules for review and comment.
Supporting Inspection Supervision to ensure that agreed work schedules are effectively communicated to trade discipline superintendents and supervision in a timely manner
Provide regular progress updates on work schedules in order to ensure that progress, including delays, priority changes etc., are made known to relevant parties.
Ensure that task steps are integrated into SAP
Carry out work in a timely and efficient manner in order to meet deadlines, changing priorities when the situation requires
Carry out work in accordance with Oceaneering operating procedures and statutory/client specifications and requirements
Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems

Carry out NDT techniques to support the site team as requested and in accordance with all Client and Company procedures.
Undertake any other duties of a reasonable nature as required by Management

Certification required:
Required:

GCSE pass in English, Maths and Science
Flexible approach, team player and good communication skills
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
SAP experience

Desired:

Background in NDT with existing certification

Work Rotation:

Monday - Friday, contracted to 7.5 hours a day with potential OT.

Rates:

£Excellent per hour paye
