Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Attend college job fairs, interacting with students and promoting Halliburton's brand
Refer students for job openings, screen resumes and conduct interviews
Develop social media ads for attracting potential candidates
Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty and student organizations
Additional responsibilities include building a candidate pool through identification and development of internal and external networking relationships, identify recruiting trends and challenges within specific markets or industries, and develop strategies to execute against the formal workforce plan provided by the business.

Requirements:
 

Undergraduate degree in business or related field, and a minimum of 1 year experience

 

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, allocate time, and efficiently leverage resources
