This role is contributing to operational excellence by interpreting technical documentation, following established procedures, and maintaining quality standards throughout the assembly process.As an Assembler - Electronic II, you will be responsible for:Performing component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, chassis wiring assemblies, and mechanical assemblies.Mounting and soldering electronic components, wiring harnesses, connectors, and mechanical assemblies according to specifications.Conducting in-process inspections to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.Performing high- and low-temperature soldering activities while adhering to manufacturing requirements.Utilizing hand tools and assembly equipment to complete production tasks safely and efficiently.Identifying and reading values of common electronic components to support accurate assembly.Reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and electronic schematics.Applying advanced soldering and wire crimping techniques to support product reliability.Fabricating, routing, and terminating wire cable harnesses according to engineering requirements.Following safety, quality, and operational procedures to support manufacturing excellence.To be successful in this role you will:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.Have 2+ years of experience in electronic or electromechanical assembly.Have experience performing soldering and wire crimping activities.Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics.Have knowledge of electronic components and their applications.Have experience fabricating and terminating wire cable harnesses.Have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.Have the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment while meeting production requirements.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
