Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.Partner with the bestAs Manufacturing Machining Operations Leader, you will be responsible for:Coordinating activities of the hourly teams within the cellDeveloping, coordinating, leading, and executing daily production planDefining shifts schedule on the product lines according with, production plan and operator skillsManaging people presence in terms of Vacation, Shift Change and Hrs absenceAchieving the highest safety levels in the production lineGuaranteeing performance KPI target: CoQ, HSE, on-time delivery, OEE, DL hours development;Managing training and operator skills in order to respond to workload needsCollaborating with other functions (i.e. ENG, UTOF, MPE) on resolution of nonconformitySupporting cell leaders in the strategic planning of manpower, equipment, and other resourcesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical preferred)Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Supervision Fluency in oral and written English and have effective good communication skillsGood teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skillsAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneously Effective problem identification and solution skills Proven analytical and organizational ability Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
