Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.As Project Management Senior Specialist - Project Planning, you will be responsible for:Ensuring project implementation as well as work packages and constraints are accurately integrated into project planning scenario. Responsible for monitoring progress and producing accurate projections. Ensures other functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer.Advising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problemsLeading as a project leader of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the eventTo be successful in this role you will:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Project Management). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Project Planning.Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position.
