The Business Analyst I (Oracle Fusion HCM) serves as a liaison between the IT organization and business stakeholders, supporting Oracle Fusion HCM systems across a range of HR business processes. This role requires an understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time and Labor. The position supports the prioritization of initiatives and helps identify opportunities where Oracle Fusion HCM technology can add business value in collaboration with business partners.Quickly learn and develop working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM functionality and assigned applicationsGain an understanding of business processes supported by assigned HCM modulesProvide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for Oracle Fusion HCM applicationsParticipate in Oracle quarterly patch testing, including impact analysis, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixesUse SQL and reporting tools to analyze data and assist with troubleshooting application issuesWork with end users to understand, document, and reproduce system issuesCommunicate issues and requirements effectively to technical teams, assist in solution development, validate fixes, and support deploymentsSupport end user training and provide guidance on the proper use of assigned systemsMaintain accountability for the quality, accuracy, and stability of assigned applicationsDevelop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and related documentationCreate user guides, job aids, and recorded training materials as neededParticipate in requirements gathering sessions and document business and functional requirementsProduce clear, well-structured documentation that can be easily understood by developers and technical teamsCollaborate closely with managers and cross functional technical and functional team members#LI-JA1 Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field 1+ years of functional experience in technology support or related fieldStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team oriented HCM environmentAbility and willingness to quickly learn application environments, business processes, and system integrations within Oracle Fusion HCMFoundational understanding of HR business processes and their relationship to IT systems and solutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS2+ years of functional experience in a technology support or related fieldExperience of working with Oracle HCM Cloud applications Good understanding of industry and business process trends BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
