The Senior Endpoint Administrator is responsible for managing and modernizing the organization's endpoint environment across a hybrid infrastructure. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and efficient device management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM & Intune), Windows 11, and modern provisioning methods such as Autopilot.This position plays a key role in improving endpoint security, automating processes, and ensuring a seamless user experience across corporate devices.Manage and support endpoint environments using SCCM and IntuneOversee Windows 10/11 lifecycle management, including upgrades and patchingImplement and maintain Autopilot provisioning for device onboardingAdminister and optimize Group Policy (GPO) and cloud-based device configurationsEnsure endpoint compliance with organizational security and patching standardsDevelop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Microsoft GraphDeploy and manage enterprise applications across endpointsMonitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance metricsTroubleshoot complex endpoint policy, and deployment issuesCollaborate with security, infrastructure, and helpdesk and controls/automation teams #LI-JA1 5-7+ years of experience in endpoint management (enterprise environment) Strong hands-on expertise with SCCM (Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune Experience managing Windows 10/11 lifecycle, patching, and compliance Solid knowledge of Autopilot provisioning and modern device management Experience with Group Policy (GPO) and transitioning to cloud-based policies Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation Working experience with Microsoft Graph API for automation/reporting Strong understanding of endpoint security (BitLocker, Crowdstrike, compliance policies) Experience in co-managed environments (SCCM + Intune) preferred Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint deployment, and policy issues Strong collaboration skills with infrastructure, security, and helpdesk teamsFocus on automation, scalability, and improving user experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environmentsKnowledge of modern device management and Zero Trust conceptsExposure to macOS or mobile device management is a plus BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsFocus on automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDIDITIONS Office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit.
