The Specialist II, Supply Chain Systems serves as a subject matter expert in supply chain information systems, providing guidance on best practices and supporting the implementation and integration of technology solutions. This role is responsible for aligning supply chain operations with IT capabilities to improve visibility, efficiency, and control across a global network.As the organization's supply chain continues to grow, this position plays a critical role in modernizing systems and processes, transitioning from legacy, business-unit-based structures to scalable, integrated infrastructures. Over the next three to five years, the Specialist II will support major initiatives, including the implementation of new platforms, enhancement of existing systems, and replacement of outdated technologies.Systems Implementation & IntegrationCollaborate with Business Units, Supply Chain, and IT teams to design, develop, and implement integrated global supply chain systems Drive system implementations, including migrations such as Visual/AX to D365 Gather and document system requirements for ERP transitions and enhancements Support the full system lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support Process Improvement & StrategyAnalyze and re-engineer business processes based on cross-functional requirements and industry best practices Serve as a change agent to drive continuous improvement in systems and processes from a global perspective Conduct industry research to identify and implement best-in-class supply chain practices Align process improvements with evolving global supply chain strategies Project Management & ExecutionDevelop project scope, timelines, and sequencing of interdependent activities Manage and participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives Lead system testing phases, including development of test cases and validation of changes Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure projects remain on schedule & present status reports to senior management Training & Change ManagementDevelop training materials, and user documentation for system and process changes Collaborate/deliver training programs with stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption and utilization Systems Support & Inventory ManagementProvide day-to-day support for inventory management systems, ensuring optimal functionality Partner with IT to troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner Ensure data accuracy through audits, validation, and continuous monitoringLeadership & CollaborationLead and direct team members by setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress Propose and make decisions on key design changes based on testingSupport team members in achieving project deliverables and organizational goals Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to translate requirements into solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams Actively participate in decision-making processes across business units#LI-JA1
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
Experience with integrated enterprise supply chain systems (ERP)
Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, and supply chain analytics
