We are the project management team that delivers the solutions to our customers.Partner with the bestResponsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.As a Lead Project Management Specialist - Project Leadership, you will be responsible for:Managing all planning, leading, organizing and motivating the cross-functional project team working on Machinery Monitoring Systems.Achieving on-time, on-budget and on-quality level of performance while delivering end-to-end projects that provide exceptional execution performance.Acting as a primary customer contact for the duration of each project from purchase order receipt through project execution and delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.Managing and reporting all financial aspects of the project including budgets, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection while providing estimate-at-completion forecastsDeveloping and maintaining project schedule and critical control points through collaboration across all functions on major milestones and task completion dates.Providing daily engagement, leadership and direction to other functions within the project team to ensure an alignment on project goals and deliverables for project successImplementing continuous improvement for processes impacting the organization by developing and suggesting enhancements while maintaining productivity and efficiency.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a bachelor's degree in any "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)Have experience managing multiple projects (>10) simultaneously within an environment like ours, for at leat 10 years.Be well organized and analytical, with experience managing budgets and cost control using SAP or other enterprise software.Have a natural ability to engage, present and build trusted relationships with customer and senior stakeholdersBe able to fluently communicate in English and Portuguese, working within a multicultural organization.
