The Senior Global Mobility Analyst provides advanced operational, analytical, and advisory support for the company's global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, international transfers, domestic relocations, and short-term assignments. This role serves as a subject-matter resource within the Global Mobility function and is responsible for managing complex cases, providing policy guidance, performing program analytics, and ensuring compliant, cost-effective execution across regions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  Serve as the primary point of contact for complex mobility cases, including short-term, long-term, expatriate, immigration and permanent transfers  Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, business leaders, and employees on global mobility policies and assignment guidelines.  Coordinate with immigration, tax, relocation, payroll, and mobility vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Prepare, review, and validate cost projections, accruals, reconciliations, and mobility-related financial reports.  Monitor assignment lifecycle events including initiation, extensions, compensation changes, repatriation, and assignment closeout.  Ensure data accuracy within HRIS and mobility tracking systems and resolve discrepancies.  Analyze mobility trends, utilization, and costs and prepare insights and recommendations for leadership. Support development, interpretation, and maintenance of global mobility policies, tools, and documentation.  Participate in vendor performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.  Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and data requests. #LI-JA1     Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Operations, Compensation, or related HR functions.  Strong working knowledge of global mobility programs, international assignment structures, immigration and relocation practices.  Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and program metrics.  Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS   Experience managing complex international assignments and mobility vendors.  Familiarity with HRIS and mobility platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle. Well organized, confident to work independently. Prior experience at a drilling contractor a plus, but not required.  Ability to gather and analyze data, compile information, and prepare reports as needed.     BEHAVIORAL COMPENTENCIES Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.  Able to interact with all levels of management.  Commitment to customer service and ability to work in team oriented environment     TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES Intermediate to advanced skills in the use of database management, word processing, spreadsheet, and/or presentation software.  General knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems.
