Responsible for all aspects of inventory integrity including product receipts, shipment accuracy, product placement and storage to maximize operational efficiency. Works closely with supply chain to provide detail information on product rates of sale; initiates and manages the liquidation of defective and/or obsolete inventory and ensures accuracy of all inventory records in the system.Inventory Control & Accuracy (Magnolia Site)Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting, reconciliations, and inventory adjustments.Ensure all receipts, transfers, issues, and dispositions are processed correctly in the ERP system.Monitor stock variances, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.Maintain site-level replenishment parameters (min/max, reorder points, safety stock) in alignment with PSC guidance.Materials Coordination (Manufacturing + Aftermarket)Coordinate material staging, kitting, and issuing to support manufacturing builds and aftermarket orders.Monitor material shortages and work with Purchasing and Planning to resolve gaps.Review BOM accuracy at the site level and communicate issues or changes needed.Analyze local consumption trends to support stocking adjustments and prevent material outages.Warehouse OperationsSupport physical inventory counts and site-level audit requirements.Systems, Data Integrity & ReportingEnsure accurate inventory transactions and item data within the ERP system.Maintain dashboards and reports for inventory accuracy, cycle counts, shortages, and material flow.Support continuous improvement activities to enhance inventory control and warehouse efficiency.Cross-Functional Support & Issue ResolutionWork directly with Production, Planning, Aftermarket, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure material readiness.Communicate site-level material issues, risks, and delays to internal stakeholders.Support new product introductions by coordinating initial stocking, material setup, and BOM reviews.Process Improvement & ComplianceImplement Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across materials and warehousing.Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, audit requirements, and operational controls.Standardize and continuously improve processes for inventory, materials, and warehousing. #LI-TL1 Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience in inventory, materials, warehouse operations, or supply chain accepted.3-5 years of experience in inventory control, material coordination, supply chain, warehouse operations, or planning roles.Strong understanding of cycle counting, stocking strategies, and warehouse processes.ERP system experience required (Oracle preferred).Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to collaborate across departments and support fast-paced manufacturing operations.
