As a Marketing Specialist, you will be supporting the growth of the business by promoting products and services to existing and prospective customers through integrated marketing campaigns. This role will also include market research, data analyses and content development. Develop strong relationships and collaborate with the sales team, product line managers, executives and customers. Draft, propose and support the execution of integrated marketing programs, including social media, earned media, sponsorships, events, and advertising. Plan and manage social media calendars and paid targeting campaigns. Create and maintain an inventory of marketing brochures, case studies, presentations and other content. Perform data analyses and data entry to support sales and marketing projects. Design and conduct global customer surveys. Maintain an events calendar, secure speaking opportunities, and help prepare executives. Contribute to the production of videos, animations and graphics. Support trade show planning and execution: domestically and internationally. Assist product teams in the development and submission of abstracts, technical papers and presentations. Performs other duties as assigned. #LI-TL1 BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study 1-3 years of marketing experience or experience in a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and planning/forecasting skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce. Experience managing websites and social media - primarily, LinkedIn and Twitter. Preferred Qualifications Energy industry experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with Graphic Design or Website Design. Experience with Marketing/Design vendors. Bilingual is helpful, specifically Spanish. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Office environment; able to work off site as needed. Ability to travel; <15% of the year. Flexibility to attend events outside of usual working hours. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and use hands. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job includes close vision and distance vision.
