Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and control project documentation using document control systems and tools
· Receive, track, and distribute technical documents such as drawings, procedures, and reports
· Ensure proper document version control and maintain accurate records of revisions
· Coordinate with engineers, draftsmen, and other stakeholders to ensure timely document submission and approval
· Ensure all documentation complies with company quality standards and contractual requirements
· Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
 

 
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in oil & gas or construction projects
· Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, etc.)
· Good organizational and time management skills
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic English communication skills; ability to handle bilingual documentation is a plus
· Able to work in a multicultural, fast-paced project environment.
