The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing and maintaining updated information for customers. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform administrative functions supporting customer service functions and sales order entries. Provide monthly status of open orders and follow up with customers and Production. Maintain records of asset delivery progress and invoicing. Interact with Production, Buyer, and Planner for follow-up of customer orders. Resolve licensing issues received from customers and record them in the support database. Maintain and improve the integrity of the data in the MFGPRO database. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable. Minimum Job Qualifications Minimum High School diploma or GEDMinimum 3 years' oilfield-related experience.Flow control experience is a must. Previous experience preparing quotes is a plusExcellent communication skills verbal and written Excellent computer skillsHas initiative and ability to work effectively in a team with little direction and/or few guidelinesCandidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship
