Our integrated, multidiscipline teams comprise experts in formation evaluation, geoscience, geomechanics, reservoir modeling and simulation, reservoir engineering and well production. The Global Key Account team provides direction and innovation within the broader Sales & Commercial organisation for all Product Line interaction at enterprise levelChampion Commercial Development moving forwardAs the Global Key Account Director you will work in a complex matrix community influencing cross functional leaders within the customer service groups including product management, project management, technology, engineering, quality, commercial entities, procurement and technical subject matter experts to develop and deliver solutions that effectively address the needs of the customer. This is a strategic position accountable for driving market share and profitable revenue growth.As a Key Account Director you will also be responsible for:Driving vital activities including early engagement, prospecting, strategy, marketing, account planning, and fostering customer partnerships to maximise business opportunities within the RTS product line and beyond.Identifying Early Engagement and Must-Win opportunities for the global key account ensuring their visibility to Global and Regional HQ teams to meet financial targets and business objectivesShaping customer intimacy to position Baker Hughes favourably as a partner of choice on a local and global scaleGaining clarity of customers' business needs and objectives, early, near and long term to create opportunities and demonstrate value from partnering with BH to deliver solutions and resultsDiscovering customers' strategic needs and communicate these effectively to translate into outcome and value-based solutions that rely on Baker Hughes solutionsCreating customer-facing initiatives such as executive briefings and workshops to identify and communicate the clients' strategy and direction to management and the stakeholder communityCommunicating between client's technical services/R&D groups and business segment groups to seek out collaboration and joint projects.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:.Be technically aware in any of the Geo, Petro or Reservoir Engineering disciplinesHave significant experience in Key Account Management in the Subsurface sectorShow a proven track record of solution selling in a complex technical environmentPossess considerable interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levelsBe adept at C-Suite and Executive level communicationHave Strategic and analytical skills to craft and deliver strategic, commercial and technical solutions.
