Overview / Responsibilities Wood is currently recruiting a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our Operational Management Solutions (OMS) team to be based in Singapore. In this role you will work closely with the Principal and Senior Operations Engineers. Our ideal candidate will hold extensive offshore / upstream oil & gas experience, knowledge of and familiarity with Operations Readiness and Assurance processes and have proven experience in providing maintenance input during a detailed design and engineering project phase. Previous involvement with 'Not Normally Manned' engineering concepts highly regarded. Accountabilities of the role: Focal point for the maintenance related Operations Readiness & Assurance (ORA) activities during Detailed Design project phase Frequent engagements and alignment of maintenance related activities with the Client ORA team Participation in and providing input and guidance to the following key areas that are part of Operations: Input to design workshops (e.g. HAZOP, CHAZOP, SIL, LOPA, FGS, ALARP, SIMOPS, HRA, Model and Layout reviews) Operability and maintainability reviews Studies (e.g. Manual handling, Chemical handling, HFE)a Identification of training requirements Spare part management and ESPIR coordination Performance standards and operating manuals and procedure development Baseline survey and inspection, S-RBI and RCM Skills / Qualifications Extensive offshore/upstream oil & gas experience. Knowledge of and familiar with Operations Readiness and Assurance process and proven experience in providing Maintenance input during a Detailed Design and Engineering project phase.
