Being an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that will help close existing deals and create considerable pipeline for growth.As a Regional Sales manager, you will be responsible for:Creating demand, identifying opportunities, and closing deals for business growth.Defining customer contractual frameworks to ensure value realization and competitive pricing.Developing key account plans and building long term strategic relationships with key customers in North Africa like: Sonatrach Equipment & Projects, Sonatrach TRC, Libya National Oil Company (NOC), International Oil Companies (IOCs).Driving enterprise sales approach with focus on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition Based Maintenance (CBM).Engaging initiatives with customer for reliability and condition monitoring leveraging the Bently Nevada installed base.Partner with commercial team, Application Solution Architects, and channel partners to ensure commercial intensity on the assigned accounts.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a minimum bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.Have proven track record delivering substantial business result.Have ability to travel within North Africa on short notice for at least 50%.Flexibility on delivering the assigned targets of Orders, Revenue and Cash.Ability to adapt based on business practices to the sales methodology ie: Miller Heiman or similar.Demonstrate good knowledge of assets maintenance strategies, remote monitoring and maintenance practices of major O&G and Power customers in North Africa.Demonstrate teamwork ability and alignment with BU strategy.Have at least 8 years of experience.Master Arab and French, have Fluency in English.Desired Characteristics:Have strong oral and written communication skills.Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Have ability to influence others and to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impactHave ability to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyEffective problem identification and solution skillsHave proven analytical and organizational ability and knowledge of North African marketWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
