We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Partner with the bestThe Additive Manufacturing Engineer leads the creation, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for key design features on BH products.As an Additive Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:• Ensuring our manufacturing solutions meet our product quality, cost, yield, capacity, schedule, and environmental goals• Collaborating with Global Supply Managers and BH suppliers to align on a manufacturing development strategy with clear goals, expectations, and schedules• Identifying and validate suitable fabrication equipment and processes to meet all BH design and operational requirements• Developing and documenting processes including all parameters, consumables and secondary operation requirements to meet defined specificationsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:• Have a Master's degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical Engineering or closely related field)• Have experience in CAD and CAM tools for build preparation in support of 3D printed metal component production• Have experience in mechanical product development, manufacturing engineering, tooling engineering, high precision fabrication, or similar roles• Have knowledge of Topology optimization tools on metal production components• Demonstrate design experience on heat transfer for heat exchangers or gas turbine components• Demonstrate commitment and tenacity; a self-starter who learns quickly and adapts to find new solutions in the face of adversity• Be able to apply core principles of Design of Experiment, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing, and Statistical Process ControlWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
