Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.Take ownership for project managementAs a Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will manage the buying process for a given set of goods/services. Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.Evaluating current and anticipated requirements, determine potential sources, obtain bids, and plan programs to meet business needsInitiating Requests for quote (RFQs), execute Purchase Orders and perform procurement activities within project requirements, budget, schedule, and in accordance with company procedures.Managing relationships with suppliers for PO execution. Manage schedule changes and update ERP.Soliciting and evaluating proposals employing appropriate negotiation, cost and price analysis techniques, using available expertiseProviding coordination and leadership in procurement activities for assigned commodities from ITO to OTRPerforming continual market analysis and monitor supplier progressAct as the focal point in interfacing with Suppliers/Internal Stakeholders on issues such as purchasing, expediting, invoicing, logistics, materials management, Invoice reconciliation and change order requestsNegotiating Purchasing terms and conditions with Suppliers in line with the Company policy and project requirementsAdvising Functional managers or other Functions regarding approaches, processes and procedures related to Sourcing risks managementHandling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problemsGenerating reports and analysis to support procurement activities and align with stakeholders on decision making processFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will: Have Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, law (desirable)Have minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement/Buying/Contracts.Have good understanding and ability to apply various commercial models to deliver best cost and schedule outcomesHave good understanding of contractual concepts to enable proactive and efficient contract negotiationHave demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple disciplines internal and externalBe highly organized individual who is able to deliver results while working under pressure on multiple tasks within tight timeframesHave strong oral and written communication skills.Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Open mindset. Ability to influence othersBe able to interface effectively cross functionally. Lead initiatives of moderate/medium scope and impact.Have effective problem identification and solution skills.Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
