Department MARINE & LOGISTICS Primary Purpose of the JobEnsure implementation of the QatarEnergy HSE management system by providing HSE advice and support for all Marine and Logistics department, and ensure that all significant hazards arising from operation, Logistics, and project activities are well identified and controlled to enable QatarEnergy management to achieve strategic HSE objectives.Required Experience and SkillsSkills- Ability to write technical reports. - Leadership, command, and control- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Communication and Negotiation (oral & writing) - Computer program knowledge and usingExperienceOver 13 years experiences in the HSE field including 5 years of marine Operation and 8 years "hands-on" experience in Oil and Gas (offshore) or Petrochemical industry.Educational QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline- Holder of HSE training certifications from Internationally recognized institution (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO or equivalent).
