Identify and develop market opportunities for Hexegen's Hexite advanced material technologies. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in bridging technical capabilities with commercial needs — exploring industries, uncovering customer applications, and driving adoption of Hexite products. This role combines technical insight, business acumen, and entrepreneurial curiosity to help position Hexegen as a leader in the next generation of sustainable material solutions.Identify, qualify, and engage potential customers and partners across diverse industries that can benefit from Hexite materials.Research and evaluate market segments, trends, and emerging technologies to prioritize high-value opportunities.Collaborate with R&D and production teams to translate technical material properties into customer value propositions and commercial products.Support the development of go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and positioning for various applications.Build and maintain strong relationships with target customers, research institutions, and industry partners.Assist in planning and executing product demonstrations, pilot projects, and technical trials.Gather and communicate customer feedback to guide product development and innovation.Contribute to marketing collateral, presentations, and technical data sheets to support outreach efforts.Represent Hexegen at trade shows, technical conferences, and industry events.Track and report market progress, leads, and conversion metrics to management. 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or product management within advanced materials, manufacturing, or energy-related industries.Willingness and competency to support industrial trials and customer onboarding is a must.Strong understanding of materials technology and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable commercial opportunities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to exploring new markets.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAn ideal candidate will have technical experience in lubricant composition and additives, and understand the value propositions and economics of inserting our additive.An ideal candidate would have industry relationships (lubricant companies and/or motorsports), understanding of supply chain entry points for our technology, and a good understanding of the industry tradeshow landscape.  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or Business Administration.Experience in graphene, composites, or nanomaterial markets.Prior success in launching or scaling new technology-based products.Familiarity with sustainability, decarbonization, or energy transition initiatives.Experience in proposal development, customer engagement, and technical marketing. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONSExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong presentation and storytelling skills for both technical and commercial audiences.Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.Occasional travel (<20%) for customer meetings, conferences, and field visits.#LI-TL1
